Cramps a sign of ovulation??

had a positive LH yesterday and now I'm experiencing cramps. it feels like mild menstrual cramps. is this ovulation???

is definitely say so x I thought I was having ovulation cramps though and had the same weird cramps most the month then nothing during ovulation lol!
