Cervix shortening!!!!!

Im 22+3days today, at my 12/18 week ultrasound i was measureing over 3+.

Today’s scan im down to 2.5 and im freaking out im so scard i already have a cerclage placed in at 14weeks due to my last pregnancy! I had my son at 27+3.

My doctor isn’t worried at all she said its normal around this time for the cervix to increase and decrease but I don’t believe that!! Its obviously not normal 😓 im seeing my gynaecologist ina few days and im going to ask her to start me on progesterone pills, ive read alot of good reviews about it .. I hope she agrees the pills plus bedrest should definitely help 🙏🏻🙏🏻 just want a fullterm baby this time 😓😓

Does anyone have a success story with shortning of the cervix??
