Need advice in my baby!!
My baby girl is 3 weeks & 5 days. I noticed yesterday that she had 2 possibility even 3 little white sores in the top of her mouth and she is stopped up, like it all sounds like it’s in her throat and it’s drainage.
Every doctors office around me is closed due to the holidays.
What could this be???
Do I need to just make a trip to the er?
