Minimum people for a baby shower

In your opinion, what is the minimum number of attendees needed to make a baby shower worth it? I have only a few family members nearby and basically no friends. It makes me cry to think of not having a baby shower at all (this is my first and potentially only baby) but I just don't see how it's worth it for maybe 5 people.
