Pump and dump?
Tonight I drank 1 beer and 3 small shots. I started at 5 and had my last one at 7. I feel totally fine. I gave my 2 week old a bottle at 7, but now it’s time for her to eat again (1030). Should I give her another bottle of previously frozen milk or can I nurse her. I’m not feeling it at all.
