Blocked Tubes

Good morning... I went Friday and had the HSG test done due to TTC for more than 7 months....and found out that my right tube is blocked...4 years ago had an ectopic pregnancy and left tube removed.....so I talked to my doctor and she wasn't to do surgery the lap.....have anyone done this and was it successful? I'm kind of nervous trying for my 3rd child
