okay so I heard that it won't hurt and i alone want to drink a little not even a half glass of wine. I'm birthday is coming up and I always drink during my birthday. is that much going to affect my baby I'm 14w2d?

I think red wine is nasty, which is what seems to be recommended if you’re going to drink at all. Personally, I wouldn’t.

One glass with a meal isn’t going to give your baby birth defects. The reason docs say not to drink is because it’s really hard to study drinking and pregnancy. Clearly too much drinking is not safe and one glass in four months isn’t going to cause a problem, but it’s hard to give a clear cutoff between what is okay and what isn’t. Many people can’t be reasonable so it’s just easier to say don’t drink at all. 
I read the book “expecting better” during my first pregnancy, had a few glasses of wine over the nine months, and gave birth to an absolutely marvelous son.
