im spotting and im 5 weeks its like a bright pink i just started today i don't know if it's because i've been having a cold and been sneezing for 2 days and yesterday it started to hurt every time i sneezed or i'm having a miscarriage also i've always have cramps even a week before i found out i was pregnant and they still don't go away
im really worried i don't want to lose this baby 👶
