Infected scratch while pregnant?

My daughter scratched me pretty bad and the cut is now an infected, itchy and red scab. I'm not able to go buy hydrogen peroxide or anything at the moment so I have nothing to clean it with except soap and water. Should I be worried about this infection since I'm pregnant and the scratch is on my belly or am I just being paranoid? It's getting uglier by the day.

Yes infections are bad during pregnancy. I'd go to the doctor asap to make sure it's not in your blood, since you say it's getting worse every day. They'll also disinfect it and treat it, and tell you how to take care of it. If it's gone to long and could be in your blood they'll give you an antibiotic for it.
