Anyone had a LEEP procedure?

So I️ had a LEEP procedure done on November 9th but me and my boyfriend decided we would start ttc, expecting it to take a while. Well....we ended up pregnant. Problem is I️’ve had 3 MC in the past (with my previous partner) and now I’m totally terrified as I’ve read that risk for miscarriage may increase after the procedure. I’m calling my dr tomorrow but has anyone gotten pregnant shortly after their LEEP and had issues?

Answer

I had a LEEP and was told to wait a couple months to conceive. The only risk I was told was that at around 20 weeks I could be diagnosed with an incompetent cervix meaning it may shorten prematurely which may require a cerclage and bed rest. Definitely call your doctor hun.
