Pregnancy with Paragard IUD?

I’m probably overreacting to nothing, but I had to ask. I’ve been getting my period every two weeks on the dot since I gave birth. Then this month, I’m pretty sure it’s been at least 4 weeks since my last period. I can’t be sure though, I stopped logging after a while of having two periods a month (I now realize that was stupid and I should’ve continued to keep track). I’m breastfeeding so I know things are supposed to be out of whack.

Normally I wouldn’t worry too much but I keep having weird dreams about being pregnant. Also been weirdly emotional lately, sex drive returned, and I’m no longer super dry. If I have a copper non-hormonal IUD in, is it possible that it could still mess with me?

I know the chances of pregnancy are extremely low, so it’s probably just my hormones regulating/getting back to normal. I’ll take a pregnancy test if my period still hasn’t come by the end of the week.
