PP Bleeding Stop/Restart?

So I will be calling my MW on the AM but hoping to hear similar experiences to ease my mind...

I had my son 16 days ago normal vaginal birth, second baby.

My lochia was text book - lightened in clots, color, and heaviness - by day 12 I stopped bleeding completely w just a little yellow discharge each day.

Yesterday I started bleeding again out of nowhere. Dark red w a few small clots. Not heavy. Lasted an hour then stopped. Just started again today same thing.

My concern is that I stopped and then restarted w clots, though they are small.

Has anyone stopped bleeding and started again?! I tried resting but i have a three year old and live in a 4 story row home...I can only rest so much
