Tight belly

So I'm 39 weeks pregnant and having severe tightening in my belly that seems to stay a while but then goes and my back is sore on and off aswell, I can feel my baby having the hiccups but it's extremely sore( I cry ) and it's starting to hurt my chest when I walk. I didn't have this with my daughter, does anyone else get the same thing or know what it's from? 😞
