What could this be?

I’m 32 weeks today and just had the worst cramp!  It felt like a contraction but only felt it in the lower part of my stomach.  It was so bad I was rolling around trying to relieve it but it lasted about a minute or more.  What could this be!

Could be contractions as I had them last night only thinking they were nothing. I actually went preterm labor. I’m 31 weeks. I’m not trying to scare you but pay attention to your body and if you’re nervous or scared about anything call your OB or go in to the ER. Good luck and I hope these early 30ish weekers cook a little longer lol🙏🏾🤞🏾
