question about my ultrasound

so I am very early on I am not even sure how early on maybe 4 weeks along but the doctor did an ultrasound to see my uterus and then lining on my uterus was very thick which he said was a great sign! would this be a great sign of early pregnancy. cause we have only confirmed urine tests are positive. what are your thoughts??
