Do I need to go to the hospital?

I'm 13 weeks pregnant and my doctor's office is closed and the hospital no longer has a nurse line. My 5 year old fell one my belly about 5 hours ago and I'm still cramping. Should I go to the hospital?
update: they haven't taken me back yet. They did do an ultrasound, but wouldn't let me look.

well anyone who's paying any attention to this. They took me back treated me like chopped liver told me it was internal bruising. They said take a tylenol and suck it up.
Today, three days later, I went to another hospital because I was suffering with sore muscles, severe nausea, diarrhea and low fetal movement. I was severely dehydrated and ended up having a uti and yeast infection. Which I had when they checked me which was causing all that cramping.
