Hi, I’m new to this. I have been vegetarian for a month now, and wow! I feel so good with lots of energy! I am an athelete, and I’m currently off season. I’m following NoMeatAthelete, but I’d like tips from you guys. I play soccer, so it’s all endurance-based, but I also need to keep up my strength. Any tips of specific foods to help boost me through a game? As much as I have a ton of energy now, I do notice that I lose it slightly earlier during a workout, and I’m afraid of an in-game situation.
