symptoms come and go?

anyone else have all the symptoms one day and then don't feel pregnant at all the next? I'm getting really nervous... 7 weeks tomorrow and first ultrasound next Saturday. No symptoms today (not even sore boobs) and Saturday feels like it's so far away!

same! its normal, don't worry. this is my second and it happened as well as with my first. as long as they come back, you should be just fine. remember some women don't experience any symtoms at all

see I'm in the same boat! I had symptoms for like 3 days then now I'm lucky if I even get any symptoms! it makes me worried but then I just think about that show "I didn't know I was pregnant" and then I calm down :)

It's normal. I had this exact issue this week it started at 7 weeks and stayed symptom free for 3 days and Bam it's back. Ultrasound today and baby is growing and doing amazing.
