Leaking water or urine? Help

I been have cold since 23 Dec, pass few days been like hell, coughing, wizzing at night basic sleep in siting position.

The coughing is so heavy and intense, I pulled both side of my back/side muscle, I have to hols my tummy tight for coughing. 28 weeks.

Notice I been leaking not sure what when cough, by the look of panty liner is clear. Today after dinner I had another cough and I literally leaked through my legs and my underwear was soaked wet.

Not sure If the coughing cause some leak in amniotic fluid? Or I just wee myself again. I’m at in laws and really embarrassed to tell them if turn out I just wee myself...

I don’t have any pain or contraction, so I guess is ok to wait for tomorrow to go hospital for check up?

Anyway have experienced this before? I’m bit concerned about baby, also embarrassed 😳
