Is anyone else nervous about not knowing what to do at the hospital when your baby is born ??

I’m nervous that I won’t know what to do when my daughter is born and that they will judge me. I’ve been watching YouTube videos but still feel like idk what to do and that it won’t come naturally to me. Am I the only one ???

No they will show you and if you don’t know something just ask they don’t really tend to send people home that have no clue what they’re doing at all you’ll be too terrified and happy at the same time and you’ll ask all the questions you need to

Ask your hospital for a tour before the baby comes. At 36 weeks I went and got a tour and they showed me where to go, some of the equipment I'd be using, etc. It helped me a lot. Additionally, doctors could answer my questions about labor while I was there for my appointment that same day. I know you are worried, but our bodies are made for this. You will feel your body take over even if consciously you don't really know.
