pregnant on mirena?

has anyone ever gotten pregnant while on mirena? & if so, was the baby okay? how did you know? did you get false negatives at first?

Answer

I had my first mirena put in and two weeks after having it, it partially expelled. I didn’t know this until my 4 week check up. I did get pregnant then and didn’t know. I had another mirena placed at the check up when they removed the first one. I took pregnancy tests about 6 weeks later which were all positive. I miscarried later the same day. 
I still have the same mirena and have not had issues since. My situation was obviously a very rare thing and freak accident.

I got pregnant on Skyla. My test showed a very obvious positive right after I missed my period. I had a regular cycle with Skyla every month. 
I miscarried a few days after they removed the IUD.
