OPK question?
I did an OPK today at around 3:00. It looked positive, so I left, stayed positive.... accidentally rushed and didn’t dump my sample..... went and got digital OPK and then tested again with the same urine, just about 4 hours and 30 min later.... but it was negative....
Does letting urine sit out make it invalid?
