Excited but missing....

I’m am so so so ecstatic to be pregnant and have my little peanut here in just 10 weeks!😍 but I’m nervous about my body after pregnancy 😔 I KNOW I shouldn’t worry, I’m creating a human for goodness sake! I love to exercise, it’s what I want to do as a career to be a personal trainer and own a a studio to hold programs for people and I have an amazing boyfriend to keep me on track with my work outs and eating habits, I guess I just miss my body too!😩 this will be my third so I heard getting your body back after each kid gets harder. I’m dedicated to be a fit mommy and be a great example for my daughters. Just looking at old photos makes me miss my pre pregnancy body! Haha

Growing up I was always on the heavier side, my heaviest before kids was 155lbs and then I got into fitness

Going to work hard to get back to my pre pregnancy weight but work to be stronger and I obviously know it won’t happen right away, I definitely have patience for it just so excited to start my journey again once I get the okay from my doc after my little is here!😍
