husband is having some serious issues .

first he has had chronic hematuria (which he just realized 🤔) , history of kidney stones , is anemic right now . he gets a really bad infection yearly (fever

he was hospitalized for this at the end of Nov and the hospital was unwilling and said the,,y were unable to run additional tests to determine the actual cause for the erythema nodosum... they put him on Prednisone 10 mg for a regimen lasting 10 days.. the symptoms of erythema nodosum completely subsided --however, only to reappear worse in another day or two ... his dad and brother both have sarcoidosis . hubbys chest xray came back negative for swollen lymph nodes in chest (does show some nodules in lung tho-

vry small &unchanged; since last year). he sounds like he is having trouble breathing on exertion and an element of wheezing also . he is experiencing also some watery eyes ..thats been ongoing . also , he is having some significant middle back pain that wakes him in the second half of the night around 3 or 4 AM daily (and in conjunction with the leg swelling/current illness).. we saw rheumatologist and she decided to misdiagnose him with reactive arthritis (reactive fuxkin arthritis mainly occurs due to a chlamydia infection...............😣😤👿 i was at home with kids and unable to let her know she's dead wrong !!! ) he and I do not have chlamydia . my question after the rambling is :does anyone have any experience with these issues or sarcoidosis without lung involvement ? I have some experience in the field and have done a lot of research but am coming to a dead end reaching the doc have an urgent appt tomorrow , going to ask then to set up a biopsy for his legs ..

also , his legs are wickedly swollen - anything that touches them leaves indentations/impressions on his skin. he was prescribed naproxen 500 mg BID (to treat bullshit reactive arthritis) and that did not touch it -swelling worsened (also, my belief is he has an issue w/ his kidneys obv and the antiinflammatories can add to kidney malfunction (whixh can happen in sarcoid) hence the reason they did not help with his swelling at all . he has a fever AGAIN @101.9 , his heart rate is 120 at fuckin rest, respirations at 20/@ rest.. i dont have a BP cuff otherwise Id be checking his BP hias well . i want him to go to the hospital.. but literally the last time they were unwilling orrrr unable to determine the cause and set him on his way with roids only that masked the deeper problem... any input or ideas ?? thanks !
