TMI but need advice

So this is embarrassing and way tmi but the last 2 days when I have a bowel movement. I’ve been quite constipated and when I’m finish there’s blood when I wipe and a little blood in the toilet. Its not painful and everything else seems fine. Just need advice what could this be? And is it normal as this is my first pregnancy. Currently 26 + 1 wks
