Should I be worried? 29w2d

Last night it felt like I was having an allergic reaction to whatever I ate. My pointer finger itched like absolute hell.

Today the inside of my foot itched and I pretty much rubbed it til it was raw (I rub, I don’t use my nails).

And then my thumb and palm started itching on my left hand but not as bad.

Allergic reaction? Or something else? My boyfriends mom said to make sure I watch for red spots/lumps because that’s what she had and had to deliver early with her last kid.

This is what’a on my pointer finger, and my foot still itches, now towards the top of my foot.

I’m 29 Weeks and 2 Days so I’m in my third trimester and I know ICP can happen. Should I be concerned that I could possibly be itching for that reason?
