Question for military spouses pregnant

So I have my health screening being done tomrrow . I’m 19 weeks pregnant and I’m not a high risk pregnancy and I am healthy . My friend is telling me that the doctor at this health screening is the one saying yes or no to me going with my husband to Germany . She said how being pregnant can stop you ? How accurate is this ? I’m not high risk and my doctor off post said I was fine to go . I’ll be 26w and 5 days when we go to Germany . What are chances of them saying no ?
