I finally know why I haven't gotten pregnant after 2yrs ttc!

I've been seen at 4 different hospitals regarding pains in my lower back and pelvic pains. Most doctors told me I was imagining the pain and i didn't seem to have any issues surface during pap exams or ultrasounds. last year 2016, I decided to visit a different gym doc and she diagnosed me with endometriosis and mentioned I should consider infertility treatments , and prescribed me otc ibuprofen . Last week I finally went to see a highly reccomemed doc and she suggested i do the entire exam process over in case something was overlooked. Although I didn't want to I did it and she noticed that I have a small cyst and a twisted fallopian tube. She informed me today that I have 2 options... surgery to untwist or remove the tube or birth control, with hopes it'll minimize the cyst overtime. I'm nervous to even consider the surgery but my s/o wants to start trying asap. Anyone had this issue or may know any natural ways to resolve this??? I'm nervous!!!
