HELP ME!! mplantation Bleeding!???? I’m freakin out!

Soo My boobs have been sore the last week or so, yesterday I was highly irritable and my back and head started hurting. I went To The restroom and there was some bleeding so I thought “well that explains everything my period is here” but this morning there wasn’t anymore blood on the pad than when I had went to bed. There’s nothing there when I wipe either. My period is “supposed” to start in 3 days am I pregnant!? 😩😩 is spotting ALWAYS an implantation bleed if it’s before your period?
