Boobs??

Soooo... my body hasn’t changed since middle school (I’m almost 20 now). I’ve always had a small chest, even when I was heavier as a child and even when I lost 30 pounds my freshman year. But about four months ago I started my first serious relationship and started having sex. We don’t use condoms because we both hate the way they feel for sex, and I’m not on the pill because I can’t afford it, so pretty much every month it’s “am I pregnant?” any time I feel any kind of sick, even though my health isn’t great like at all.

So here’s my problem: last Monday (the 17th?) my breasts were really tender and sore to the touch, and when I woke up on Tuesday they were noticeably bigger, and they’ve grown again a little since then. They’re still a little tender during the day, and they also have these really hard disk-like things right behind the nipple, the size of my whole breast. Upon telling Boyfriend about it, his first goof/concern was cancer, but when I told both my mother and my boss about it, their first questions were “are you pregnant?” I know I’m not pregnant, since I just started my period two days early, so what could cause my sudden boob growth?
