Brief cramping with no bleeding

Hi all

I am 7 months pregnant today and I just had one of the worst cramps ive ever felt but I haven’t had any blood since . It has stopped but I still feel a little bit of a knot in my stomach. That was about 20 minutes ago and I just felt my little boy move for the first time since it’s happened. Go to the hospital or wait it out until my prenatal appointment tomorrow morning ? I don’t wanna rush to the hospital and it be nothing but I also do not want to downplay it and have something bad happen to him . Please help .
