sore boobs and nipples 5dpo or 6dpo (not sure)

I know it's so early but ive been cramping kinda like af cramps. and my boobs and nipples hurt! I've never had my nipples hurt and my boobs sometimes hurt 1-2 days before af. af is due in 8 days. also last night I had a horrible staving pinching pain where my ovary are. to early for implantation? my days might be off a little too.
