Does this make sense to anyone but me?

I may be a lil bias bc I raised 2 kids on my own with NO child support or help but I try to tell my now husband who wants a baby with me that how he is with our dogs will determine if he will be helpful with the baby and he thinks I'm crazy. We have dogs and he starts work before me but he only takes 1 out (we have 3) and I have to retake all 3 out before I start work and feed them... I also always have to remind him that they need to go out to do their business...he says dogs have nothing to do with kids but I say it just shows the type of person you are and if you are caring and willing to wake up a lil early to help me out. I will have to get my tubes untied to have another baby and I guess I'm just a little nervous to restart again and end up doing all the work.
