severe pain in uterus while on clomid

first off im 27 with endometriosis and currently TTc with my fiance who ive been with for almost 5 years. so ive been on clomid for two cycles now. let me start off by saying I had no issues with CM or ovulation. I had my period regular and I ovulate every month. despite that during the last two months before I started clomid I wasn't having any symptoms of ovulation not even that much ovulation pain yet the test gave two strong lines. since I conceive after clomid with my first child my doctor decided to give it to me this time. my first cycle on clomid, I was so dried up sex was painful and uncomfortable. I caught a yeast infection and decided to take monistat for it. Also my ovaries were having dull aches everyday during and after ovulation all the way until I started my period. before the doctor put me on clomid I went for a ultrasound and found out I had a small cyst and was told because it was so small it would go away on its own. with all that and no successful BFP my doctor checked me during my next period and gave me the O.K to start my next cycle of clomid 50mg I stayed at.this time around I bought pressed and fertileCM to help with my CM because I dont have much of it like I did before I started Clomid. Again this time around I as soon as my fertile window was due to be open, I get the bruised pain in my uterus which also hurt my ovaries. first of all me and my fiance had sex it was rough but we did different positions and I have endometriosis so I have normally pain during and slightly after sex. but this time the pain stuck and its been here for the past 4 days now. anytime I sit down I could feel the pain. also I must mention the second to round I felt like I was catching another yeast infection so I decided to take the last of my monistat. I had some itching but not that much discharge at all. iand absolutely no odor. I decided to just take the monistat before it got worse and impacted my ovulation. the pain is still there but the itching and white discharge is gone. but I still have this horrible pain in my uterus and ovaries.. I wanted to take one of my moltrin 800 or or one of my 525 Narcos but I heard its not good to take pain meds during ovulation. I dont know what to do. so I will call the doctor and see if she could schedule me a ultrasound. idk what but these two cycle of clomid has left me sick and emotional so I'm done after this cycle. I'm so tired of putting my body through hell just for a BFN.my questions are have anybody taking pain meds while trying to concieve.? and were successful. because I need them bad. Also have anybody ever had the type of pain and symptoms I am describing.?
