I need some hope 😞😭

I'm 6 weeks pregnant but my hcg levels are low had a internal ultrasound they seen nothing in my womb but have to go back to the hospital on Sunday for my bloods taking again I really hope they rise 😞 has this happened to anyone and their hcg went up? I really hope this pregnancy goes fine 😞
