TMI picture: painful red, itchy rash on breast. 21 weeks pregnant.

Anyone experienced this? My nipples were extremely dry so I put some coconut oil on them. I’ve used this my whole pregnancy however without issue then the rash popped up almost immediately on both breasts. It is raised and tiny little bumps that hurt and itch like crazy.
