negative nurse

I did iui to get pregnant so I have more ultrasounds than most women. I went in for an ultrasound at 5 weeks 6 days and everything looked great. I got to see the yolk sac and the fetal pole and they even found a heart beat going 100.62 beats per minute. then afterwards I had a consult with a doctor and what she said just stuck with me.... she said "ok well everything looks good.. we want you back in 2 weeks and we will see if everything is going well... or we will see if the baby didn't grow right and the pregnancy isn't viable" .... like why did you need to say that. Everything looked great and my hcg was at 7400. I just felt like it didn't need to be said. sorry to vent here but I didn't know who else to complain to lol
