Just a tad swollen eh? 😳

I knew my feet were getting bad but when I took my socks off and saw this I almost shit! And my feet were up, I was sitting in a recliner. Any tips on how to help this?? My husband does rub them every night and I put them up as much as possible. I did have a piece of pizza and I know salt is bad but my god this is ridiculous! 😩
