It was really cold while I was visiting the east coast for Christmas. I took a really hot shower one day and totally forgot it might not be good for me - in the moment I was so cold I even forgot I was pregnant 🤦🏻‍♀️. The moment I remembered I quickened my pace and finished washing up.

Is this okay? Does anyone else take hot showers?

I’m going to make it a point to try to take cooler showers just because I know it’s better for my skin, but sometimes a girl just wants a nice, relaxing hot shower.

I know hot tubs and over heating are out of the question, but I just didn’t know where hot showers rank on the list. I don’t take particularly long showers, but still.
