baby names

So I have an almost 2 year old daughter. her name is Isabela Avaline and named after my mother, great aunt, and great grandmother. I am currently 27 weeks pregnant with my sweet boy. My husband and I are the only of his generation (cousins and brother) to be having children or want children. Therefore we carry on the family name for his side. My mother and father in law called my husband a couple of months ago and made a side comment stating that it was only right and fair that we name our child after someone on their side of the family. We pretty much already had a name picked for a son when we had our first now theres pressure for us to choose a different name because of his parents wishes... the name we originally love is after my brother that died when he was six. His parents think it's unfair to name another child after someone on my side of the family... even though he will be carrying on the last name regardless. anyone else struggling with this? Any advice? Am I being overly selfish on name choice? sigh.
