Can't walk?

I'm currently sitting down unable to get up because I'm having a shooting pain in the left side of my butt and it's excruciatingly painful to move my left leg because of it. I'm 38 weeks pregnant. What should I do

for quickish help stretch out your back. leaning slowly to touch my toes (well as close as possible) holding it for a few seconds and then slowly and sitting up again can sometimes give relief. this sound like sciatica tho

It’s sciatica pain I’ve had it for over 6 weeks now.
It’s honestly the worst pain ever but you can only do an ice pack or those heating pads you throw away. There isn’t much you can do.
The baby is sitting on your nerve and it causes tons of pain.
