Has cheating become socially acceptable? And would you tell someone if their SO is cheating?

My husband and I are a military family so we move a lot, therefore are always meeting new ppl and making new friends. Recently I've started hanging with this girl and we introduced our husbands to each other. Well whatever they hit it off and they made plans to go out to a bar. This girl's husband was hitting on other women and left with one that night. The guy even admitted to my man that he has a problem staying faithful (the guy said it's ok tho bc he takes care of his family😑) This has happened to my husband several times, with different guys he's decided to go out with, and I thought he was just finding reasons to be a home body and not hang out with anybody bc he won't hang out with them a second time. I swore he was exaggerating lol. But he wasn't, I went out last night and saw that girl's husband out leaving hand in hand with another woman. So my question is, do you think cheating has become so normalized and border line glamorized to the point where these guys felt no need to hide their behavior from another married man, and seemed proud of it? Second question is would you tell the girl about her husband?Could you be friends with someone who cheats on their spouse? I want opinions (btw I know all genders cheat, This isn't a post attacking men🙈)
