hi im feeling really unwell for last week finding it really hard to catch my breath going dizzy all the time got really bad diarrhea were im going to the toilet more that 6 times a day and have a funny smell to my wee and got really bad head that i cant shift would people say it worth going to the walk in to get checked out im around 7 weeks
