ALM, white privilege, how do we solve this?

This is meant to be a productive thread where we talk and acknowledge the struggles (or potentially, privileges) of others. 
With All Lives Matter on the rise and white privilege being constantly denied, it seems like this will never end. How on earth do we get it to?
So - share your struggles. Your privileges. Your ideas. How can we collectively work together to make the world a better place for POC and end the “Race War”?

Honestly I think the only way to get to the bottom of it is for white people to start recognizing their privilege.

I really wish race & LGBT+ was not banished to its own room. It gets much less traffic here. 
I think it stems from laziness. People with any type of privledge don't need to put themselves in others shoes, they do it because they want to. Once someone makes a person with privaledge feel like a victim, or separates them, they start to realize how unfair it is and start getting more sympathetic. Not saying all privledged proble are lazy, but it's hard for most people to care about things that never affect them.

One way would be recognizing it is connected to everything and not separated into its own group.
