Kinda looks like thrush but I would say it’s just a little rash from baby saliva. I heard if you apply pressure on it with your finger and it turns white (you can’t see them) they should be okay but if you apply pressure and it doesn’t turn white (stays red) then you should definitely take them in. I am not a doctor and if it were my baby I would take him as soon as his pediatrician was available.
