I know what not to eat..but what do I eat?

My eating style is shitty, iv eaten really un healthy this pregnancy. Junk food like chips, cookies, ramen noodles, McDonald's or pizza, soda/coffee some days I don't eat much. I'm ready to be done with the way I eat especially since new years is around the corner it's motivating me so much. I'm also due in Feb so might as well start changing these habits right? the problem is I don't know what to eat instead! I'm definelty dropping the soda and coffee and hoping that will help me with weight loss after the baby is born, just wondering what do you guys recommend doing? should I actually try to eat 3 meals a day? what kind of meals? what can I do at home that will be fulfilling. I'm just worried I'll still be hungry and end up screwing up.
