NIPT anyone?

Is anyone getting the test done?  I’m not sure if my insurance covers it and if it doesn’t we aren’t sure we want to give up that much money!  Gah!  I’ll be almost 36 when this baby is born. 
Here some info for those that don’t know. (The test is also known as cell-free DNA screening. Or you may have heard it called by one of its brand names: Harmony, informaSeq, MaterniT21 PLUS, Panorama, and verifi.)

I will be doing this testing and did for my last pregnancy too. Gave us some peace of mind and we also found out the sex early which was fun. Definitely a personal choice!

Yes! I do any test that i can just to have a better peace of mind plus i cannot wait until 20 weeks to find out the sex lol

Nope, we don't do any additional testing. It won't change our choices and we don't want to know the gender!

We did it last time, and will be doing it again. Not covered by medical insurance in Australia so costs around $500 I think

Because my insurance makes me pay for my ultrasound, or at least a portion of it, I am actually looking forward to the test just so I can find out the gender sooner lol

Yes we did it with our last pregnancy and will this time as well. It’s personal choice, but gave us a lot of peace of mind last time. Plus I’m so excited to find out baby’s gender.
