First trimester cramps and spotting

I never experienced any cramps with my last pregnancy but this pregnancy Ive experienced period like cramps from the day of my missed period which was on the 1st of December I'm unsure of how far along I am as never got a positive till the 18th of December with botha pink dye test (faint) and a clear blue digital week indicator (pregnant 1-2 weeks) 4 days ago I had light spotting (pink) only once when I wiped and nothing the next time I went I also had spotting yesterday (pink/brown stringy) again only one when I wiped and then gone the next time.

All these symptoms are probably all normal but I've had a miscarriage then a eptopic pregnancy where I had one of my fallopian tubes removed llthen I had my ds so over thinking everything
