When to start trying after miscarriage?

Hi. I had an early miscarriage (5week) the week before Christmas.I have two beautiful daughters and this was my first time having a miscarriage. We got pregnant on our 3rd cycle just like my other two pregnancies. We are devastated. I had a natural miscarriage. Bleeding stopped on Christmas Day (total 7 days bleeding).

When did you start trying after miscarriage? When should I expect to ovulate and my next period? I was always very regular. Period every 28 or 29 days.

My doctor said I can start having sex after the bleeding stopped. Did anyone get pregnant without getting their next period after a miscarriage? Did you have a health pregnancy?
