Cramps

Iv had bad cramps for 5 days now, my stomach goes rock hard when I get themsharp ones in front and back every now and then, iv got diarrhoea, feel really nauseous, headaches and I have had an increase in discharge 🤕 I will get the cramps all night and day no matter what I do they don’t stop, they get worse when I walk, today I feel even worse, i don’t know what to do anymore I’m so tired, exhausted and moody

I’m 35 weeks pregnant, lost my mucus plug a week ago.
